My experience with Every House for Cash was good. We discussed a price and decided on one that was fair The whole process was very easy too. I thought I might have to fix stuff up etc but all I had to do was sign the paperwork and then pack up my stuff. I’m moving to an apartment, but if I ever had to sell a house again I’d do it with Every House for Cash.

I cannot say enough nice things about the EHFC agent who assisted me. He was a fair negotiator and he saved me closing/legal costs, etc. with having a private sale; he used the EHFC attorneys, and all I had to do was sign my name and move out. I had been in the process of putting lots of money into the house to get it ready to sell. It was suggested that I stop putting another penny into that as EHFC would buy it as is. The compare are terrific communicators which gave me a lot of comfort. As a retired CPA and CFP, I like all details to be clear and communicated. I would definitely work with them again and highly recommend them. They’re real professionals.
